Welcome to Wilde Wick Collection. By accessing our website and purchasing our artisanal products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We’ve designed these to ensure your experience with our brand is as seamless as the burn of our candles.

1. Product Authenticity & Quality:

  • Every Wilde Wick Collection product is handcrafted using premium materials.
  • Variations: Because we use natural waxes and hand-poured techniques, slight imperfections or variations in surface texture around the wicks are hallmarks of an authentic, handmade luxury product.
  • Aroma Perception: Scent is subjective. While we provide detailed olfactory descriptions, we cannot guarantee that a fragrance will meet your personal preference.

2. Sales and Payment:

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to shifts in raw material costs (e.g., premium waxes/oils).
  • Michigan Sales Tax: In accordance with Michigan law, a 6% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Michigan address.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or errors in product descriptions/pricing.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure your vessel arrives intact. 

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If your made-to-order product will take longer to process due to out of stock fragrances, we will make you aware as soon as possible.
  • Temperature Control: During summer months, we may delay shipping to prevent wax melting during transit. We will notify you if your order is held for climate reasons.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

4. Returns & Fragrance Exchanges:

  • To maintain the integrity of our products, we have a strict no return policy.
  • Damaged Goods: If your glass vessel arrives cracked or broken, please email a photo to ashley@wildewick.co within 24 hours of delivery for a complimentary replacement.

5. Safety & Liability:

Your safety is paramount. To the maximum extent permitted by Michigan law, Wilde Wick Collection LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, property damage or personal injury) arising out of the use or inability to use our products. By purchasing, you agree to follow the safety instructions provided on our Warning Label and Care Card, including:

  • Always burn candle within sight.
  • Trim or evenly pinch black off wick (from previous burn) before each use for optimal burn. *The smaller the wick height the better.*
  • Burn on a level, fire resistant surface.
  • Keep melt pool free of foreign objects and debris.
  • Keep away from drafts and vibrations.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Never burn near anything flammable.
  • Never burn more than 4 hrs at a time.
  • Discontinue use when wax approaches 1/4 inch from bottom of vessel.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on this site—including photography, fragrance names, and logo design—is the exclusive property of Wilde Wick Collection. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without express written consent. We encourage sharing our aesthetic on social media, provided that Wilde Wick Collection is clearly tagged and credited.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. 

8. Modifications:

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in legislation (such as updates to the Michigan Consumer Protection Act) or our business practices. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
